Refund Policy: I only offer 100% refund if I have tailored the measures incorrectly or if the uniform is technically wrong. The money will not be refunded if you have provided the wrong address or measurements.

Business Information: I am part of co-operative run by RUDRA UNIVERSAL. Rudra Universal procures the customer and I custom tailor the uniform. The customer pays me money and RUDRA UNIVERSAL ships the orders by FedEx/DHL. I custom tailor the garments as per customer directions, photos or samples.
Supplier Information: Customers can also supply their own fabric, trim and buttons and we will tailor the garments.
Inventory Management: There is no inventory. Customer can give samples or photos as per their requirements. I ship the product within 4-6 weeks of placement of order.
*Fabric colour may look different on different screens. We are held harmless if shade differs from screen to screen.
*You are liable for any additional duties, taxes, cess, surcharges, and so on.
