1. General Information

Replica Military specializes in the manufacture of custom-tailored historical military uniforms, footwear, and accessories. Every product is individually made according to the customer’s specifications, measurements, photographs, reference material, or samples.

Our production is carried out as part of a co-operative operated by RUDRA UNIVERSAL. RUDRA UNIVERSAL procures customer orders and manages shipment through courier partners such as DHL ,FedEx, Aramex and UPS, while Replica Military custom tailors and manufactures the garments according to the customer’s instructions.

As every order is made specifically for the customer, all sales are subject to the terms below.

2. Custom-Made Products

All products are manufactured to order. We do not maintain ready stock or inventory.

Customers may provide:

• Measurements

• Design references

• Photographs

• Original samples

• Fabric, trim, buttons, badges, or other materials

We manufacture the garments based solely on the information and materials supplied or approved by the customer.

3. Production & Dispatch Time

Our standard production and dispatch time is 4–6 weeks from the date the order is confirmed and payment is received.

Production time may vary depending on:

• Order quantity

• Fabric availability

• Customer approvals

• Custom requirements

• Peak production periods

We make every effort to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe; however, production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Urgent Orders

If you require your order by a specific date, you must inform us before placing your order or clearly mention your required delivery date in the Purchase Notes during checkout.

Alternatively, you may email us before or immediately after placing your order to discuss your deadline.

Urgent production is subject to confirmation and cannot be guaranteed unless we have expressly agreed to the requested schedule in writing.

Failure to notify us of a required delivery date before production begins does not make the order eligible for cancellation or refund.

5. Measurements & Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate:

• Body measurements

• Garment measurements

• Sizing information

• Shipping address

• Contact details

Production begins based on the information provided by the customer.

Any additional costs arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer shall be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Refund & Return Policy

As every product is custom-made specifically for the customer, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not possible once production has commenced.

A 100% refund will only be issued if:

• The garment has been tailored incorrectly due to an error made by our team based on the approved measurements; or

• The finished garment is technically inaccurate compared to the specifications that were agreed upon before production.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect measurements or sizing information provided by the customer.

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

• Customer changes their mind after production has started.

• Delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control.

• Fabric colour differs slightly due to screen, monitor, or mobile display variations.

• Customer refuses delivery because of customs duties, taxes, import fees, or similar charges.

• Shipment is returned due to refusal to accept delivery or non-payment of customs charges.

Since every garment is manufactured exclusively for the customer, refunds are not available except in the limited circumstances stated above.

7. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International customers are solely responsible for all applicable:

• Customs duties

• Tariff

• Import taxes

• VAT/GST

• Brokerage fees

• Cess

• Government surcharges

• Any other import-related charges imposed by their country

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because customs duties or taxes were not paid, no refund will be issued.

8. Shipping

Orders are shipped using reputable international courier services, including DHL and FedEx.

Once the shipment has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the courier and customs authorities. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs inspections

• Government authorities

• Weather conditions

• Transportation disruptions

• Public holidays

• Force majeure events

9. Customer-Supplied Materials

Customers may supply their own:

• Fabric

• Trim

• Buttons

• Badges

• Accessories

• Original samples

While we exercise reasonable care, we cannot be held responsible for defects, shortages, colour inconsistencies, or quality issues in customer-supplied materials.

10. Fabric Colour Disclaimer

Fabric colours may appear differently on different screens, monitors, tablets, and mobile devices.

Minor variations in colour, texture, weave, or dye lot are normal and shall not be considered manufacturing defects or grounds for return or refund.

11. Product Accuracy

Historical reproductions are manufactured according to the specifications, photographs, samples, or references approved by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications before production begins.

12. Order Acceptance

By placing an order with Replica Military, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

• You understand that every product is custom-made.

• You accept the estimated production period of 4–6 weeks unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• You understand that refunds are only available under the limited circumstances described in these Terms.

• You accept responsibility for providing accurate measurements, specifications, and shipping information.

• You agree to pay any customs duties, tariff, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other import charges applicable in your country.

These Terms & Conditions form part of every order placed with Replica Military.
